Wallwork Cast Alloys started manufacturing heat treatment castings as a department of Wallwork Heat Treatment Ltd in 1986. In 1995 it moved into its own premises a few hundred yards away from the main works. The process is based on a continuous circuit resin/sand moulding line, feeding two induction furnaces & an automated knock-out with state-of-the-art Fettling facilities.

Design, pattern making facilities, welding & shot blasting are all available on site.
